A suicide bomber killed four Afghans, including a municipal Worker, in a blast near Afghanistan's parliament in Kabul on Sunday; the bomber blew himself up, in front of Germen diplomats Car.The police in the area said four people, including the municipal worker who worked in a recycle bin and three civilians, were killed.
