A suicide bomber killed four Afghans, including a municipal Worker, in a blast near Afghanistan's parliament in Kabul on Sunday; the bomber blew himself up, in front of Germen diplomats Car.The police in the area said four people, including the municipal worker who worked in a recycle bin and three civilians, were killed. But, the eye witnesses said the deaths number is more then that

Media is a power in Afghanistan

I have many things to tell you about the Media Power in Afghanistan, but just I can explain here a few sentences about the Media Power in my country

During the Taliban and before that ( I mean in previous governments including communist regimes in Afghanistan) the power in Afghanistan had tow side, One Government and the Second was the insurgents or oppositions Groups, but after 9/11 in Afghanistan the Power divided in three parts, Government, insurgents group or oppositions and MEDIA

How ever it needs more and more details but I think you may understand what I mean

Just I would like to add one example: Before 9/11 when a child sexual abused by a warlord or governmental person, the family of the child just had one why

If the action done by insurgents, then the child family went to government side for justice, or if the action did by governmental person then the Child Family went to the insurgent’s side for justice

But now Media is the main source that people TRUST on them as a Solution way for such cases

After president Karzai returned Back from London, he had a press conference in presidential place and gives a Surprise to Afghan citizens and to the united state officials about the leader of Taliban mullah Omer, Karzai Loudly announced that if Mullah Omer wants to return he well completely protect him

The Karzai Surprise for United state officials was unlikely and they does not wanted to hear it from Karzai, white house reaction to Karzai invites to Mullah omer was clear , white house spokesmen’s announced that Taliban leader is on the Black list of CIA and united nation most wanted and No negation with him will be in united stat favorite

My name is Shamsia, 8:00 o’clock in the morning I and my sister were going to School, it was very late then the other days and I said my sister Atifa Jaan; please go faster because the teachers well angry on us for being late. Still we did not arrive to the School door, two motorcycles men arrived near to us one of them said where are you going? I told him I am going to school, then he start thrown the Acid to my face by a plastic small gun and said are you going again to school, then I start carrying and around me was some elder men’s that I asked them to protect me, but they nothing did for me, then I introduced my self for them that I am daughter of (Hussain ali) please carry me to my house, during that my sister carried but I thought that they kidnapped my sister, but when I arrived at home I saw that my sister is at home and my mom carried me to the hospital , Afghan police check post is very close to our house but they did nothing for us

I have one massage for those who thrown the Acid on my face that, if they repeat this action on me hundred times I well never leave the school and I continue for my studying

Karzai’s reaction on Kabul University Signboard

The recent news from the Afghanistan presidential Palace
Afghan President Hamid Karzai ordered to the minister of higher education, to do not allow the students of Kabul University to stand the three languages (Farsi/Pashto/English) Signboard in Kabul University

In the age of more than 50 years of university in Afghanistan, the only Word which is allowed for official letters and Signboard s are in Pashto language, Pashto is the native language of Hamid Karzai president of Afghanistan and speaking in the southern provinces mostly

Recently the Persian speaking Citizens (students) in Afghanistan wants to stand a new Signboard of three languages at Kabul University door. (Persian/Pashto English)

This action faced with a huge reaction of the Afghan government and Pashto speaking citizens in Afghanistan. The Pashto speaking citizens says that the Pashto language is the only official language as of Afghanistan Constitution. And the academic and other official Signboard have to be in Pashto language
However in the constitution of Afghanistan the Persian (Dari) and Pashto Languages are declared as of Afghanistan officials languages
Recently in Northern Province of Afghanistan Balkh, after a bloody protest the local government decided to change the one language (Pashto) Signboard in three (Persian/Pashto &English) Languages

The protest domain increased and starts in Kabul for changing of the one language Signboard. The Kabul university students decided to stand the New Signboard for the university but they faced with Government and police reaction

The students Boycott the lesson and presence in the university and continued the protests, but the Afghan parliament and government representative promised to change the Kabul University Signboard in three languages

The deadline of Kabul university student for Standing the New Signboard for university is monody 24th of November 2008

As of the recent News Afghan President in a private meeting with Afghanistan higher education ministry ordered to him do not allow the student for changing of the Kabul University Signboard

But Afghanistan voice chairman Ahmad Zia Masoud gives order for the minister of higher education to Standup the three languages (farsi/Pashto/English) Signboard on Monday 24th November 2008.as of the student’s request
The conflict between Hamid Karzai and voice chairmen Ahmad Zia Masoud increased when (Sali Mohammad Registani) one of the Jamiat-e-Islami Party and Afghanistan parliament Members encouraged the Kabul university protester Students to continue the boycott for achieving their rights
