The Taliban leadership inside Kandahar Province sends an invitation for some of the journalists to visit their Governmental sources in Kandahar.The Taliban leadership in Kandahar Province saying that they established the New government inside Kandahar province and their Governmental system is include the Courts , judges and currently they are collecting the revenue from the people.
The Taliban leadership announced that they have established a police force in a few part of Kandahar Province which is Patrolling daily.
The Kandahar governor Torialy Weesa is rejecting the Taliban Claims.
But recently the local residence and the elders of the Kandahar Province saying that, the Canadian troops beside the military activities in Kandahar Province established a new office for starting the Negotiation and Deal with Taliban.
The recent news for the establishing of new government of Taliban in Kandahar Province may relate with the recent Canadian activates in Kandahar. Canadian wants to provide the first stapes for Starting the Negotiations and deal with Taliban in Kandahar Province.
The same deal with Taliban that British forces did in the past in southern Province of Helmand.

I understand the Canadian and British forces are involved in smuggling Heroin to Canada and world market. Is it true especially the returning Canadian and British forces are blackmailed or so addicted into carrying these illegal activities.
