In a situation that the donor countries are saying that con not fund to the election process in Afghanistan to be held as of the constitution in May, the Afghan president Hamid Karzai with giving an official order announced that the presentational election to be held in mentioned time in constitution on May.Now the baggiest concern is about the Budget of the election process that who going to pay it.
President Karzai decided that if the westerns countries including united state do not fund the Budget of the election process in Afghanistan he will ask for the Regional and neighbor Countries to fund the election process in Afghanistan.
This action shows that Karzai Mostly think that if the US government stand against his decide he will ask to Russia and Iran for his support against US.

Great post! You seem like a person of strong will, a great vision and passion for your country.
I am from Fiji Islands. Growing up as a high school stdent, I ( almost everyone then) knew very little about Afghanistan. With our roots to Inidan (mine chiefly to lovely State of Kerala )we were more India or Pakistan inclined.
Afghan begam occupying my attention after I read Dawatul Amir ( Invitation to Ahmadiyyat) a book written for Amanullah Khan and the dynsaty that followed.
A prohetic statement in the book " O Kabul there wil peace for you" remain stuck in my momory somehow lurking in the background.
More than two decades after that I came to the United States. I realized it is from here you see the world from a much closre range the from a tiny Island nation of the deep South Pacific at the far end of the world.
Over the years Afghan has been in the center of world politics and brushing against US and falling in love with Russia and the turning on against them.
And now after 911, it has been in the middle of world politics and a crisis that has taken everyone in its ever increasing infano with the rise of Taleban and Al-Qaeda.
The softer Islam that I was used to and grew up learning from my reading of the Quran, appears at odds with the harsh approah of Telban Islam that is right now being praciticed and enforced in Swat and everywhere.
Oh! before I derail. One of the greatest blessings of coming to American, is the opportunity of meeting hundreds of Urdu-speaking (Pashtos) Afghanis who I found to be very wonderful and loving peope. I am only 5 minutes away form Abu Bakr msoque built by the Afghan Muslim community.
This connection with the American Afgani's has deepened my interest in Afghan.
It concerns me deeply to witness how today's Afghan is caught between its desire and need to rise above its internal tribal situations, the traditonal norms and values and harsher Islam and the demands of the West for democracy in the country.
There is a sad picture here. The conflit between Pakistan and Affhan's Taleban - both advocating Shariah Law and yet pitted against one another.
With so much of chaos,destructions and deaths, the sort of Islam that is being practice and in effect being forced upon people and even government of Pakistan who struck a deal over this recently, the peaceful society Islam promises to provide is not foreseable at all.
When you realize that Sunni-based Taleban armed from behind the scene by Iran, the situation is sacarier. My fears are that Obama Administration may try the diplomatic approach as tmoprary measure but eventually it will have to respond with full militrary might to bring the situation under control.
Along with Taleban, Tehran will also be big casualty as sources of arms supply will as necessity have to be cut off.
